CAN XIQUET DEFINES US
A can xiquet, in Palau-Saverdera, we have orchards and terraces of ancient olive trees. The tramuntana, a wild and fury wind that shakes the olive trees, mid-air between the Pyrenees and the Mediterranean. The trajectory of these orchards and olive trees has been ingrained in the heart of our family for six generations. Of peasant tradition, heirs of our roots in a noble, beautiful and forgiving land; HIGHLANDS OF THE AMPURDAN.
OUR PRODUCTS
AVI JAUME product of the highest quality, it is our bet for a particular and demanding market.
From the ARGUDELL, olives, in the mixing of the harvest, from the green and purple ones, they seek a more harmonious balance to compensate for the particular characteristics of the olives. The green ones give less oil more spicy and bitter, the purple ones are maturing losing water and increasing oil.
