AVI JAUME

Product of the highest quality, it is our bet for a particular and demanding market.

From the ARGUDELL olives, in the mixing of the harvest, from the green and purple ones, they seek a more harmonious balance to compensate for the particular characteristics of the olives. The green ones give less oil more spicy and bitter, the purple ones are maturing losing water and increasing oil.

In the whole process, it is as important to obtain the oil, as the maximum cleaning and storage, in this way the qualities are not lost. An acidity 0.20

AVI JAUME, extra virgin oil, golden fatty juice, great protector of our health, will dress a good table for gourmets of refined tastes as well as for gourmands who enjoy good food. With elegant dark glass packaging to preserve the oil and in 250 ml and 750 ml formats.

An oil to consume raw, to get the best out of its essence and resulting aromas, as ESTEBAN ROIG explains: “one who tastes a wine and has a persistent flavor in the mouth, intense and with a spicy point”.

AGROLI is also a product of the highest quality, but with more acidity of 0.30, since it is the product of the collection of black olives that make it sweeter and with more fat. The fields are located on the borders of the Natural Park of the Aiguamolls de l´Emporda, this produces that the olive trees have much more water and give more oil.

The liquid gold extraction process is the same as in the previous one and the storage as well. Bearing in mind that it is always from the same variety of ARGUDELL olives.

With white and green glass packaging, formats of 250ml and 750 ml and transparent PET-type carafes -to be able to observe its greenness- with a cavity of 2l and 5l.

We are currently producing about 20,000l that we sell, with a very close relationship with the client, about 300 points, distributed between Catalonia, Spain, Holland, Mexico.
